Every year the members of Slow Food Martha’s Vineyard gather together and celebrate the spring, the island and Slow Food’s commitment to connecting people and food together. In this light all are invited, members and islanders to join for an evening of food, conversation and education on Thursday, April 11 at the West Tisbury Agricultural Hall. As the history of Martha’s Vineyard is rich in agriculture so too is the Slow food MV board of leaders. Each one an integral part of the food and island community, and this year they are invited to share their stories. This year’s annual meeting will also introduce Slow Food MV’s newest President, Aaron Oster.
