The Martha's Vineyard Fibershed is holding a demonstration and sale at Native Earth Teaching Farm on Saturday Nov. 24 from 10-3. Dedicated to local clothing and Island fiber artists, the MV Fibershed project encourages us to think about local clothing like we do about local food. There will be locally made gifts for sale, and also demonstrations and mini lessons in spinning, knitting, weaving, and other fiber arts. There will also be children's games and activities, workshop raffles, free admission and free popcorn.
