Swine & Dine: 5-Course Dinner
A five-course tasting of heritage bred pork. The dinner menu includes: Pate, Cured meats, Sausage, Fresh Cracklings, and a Full Pork Dinner, all paired with distinguished wines, and, of course concluded with dessert. This will be an exclusively local meal. November brings harvest time and this year Jan Buhrman & Aaron Oster of the Kitchen Porch team have created a week-long intensive all about life around pigs and dining specially designed and formatted for culinary professionals -AND- concluding the week with chefs, they are holding a Weekend celebration culminating in Swine & Dine! Savor, appreciate, and enjoy our island farming community and all the local pork prepared to delicious perfection.

The weekend kicks off with Pig Out with Local Smoke.
Next up will be Saturday morning Farm Tours with Jan Buhrman. Returning to the Harbor View Hotel after the tour, will be the BLT Bonanza. All will be topped off with a Swine & Dine 5-Course Dinner at the hotel on Saturday night.
