6-7 pm Dinner of Harvests. Dishes prepared from cultured seaweeds with a Chef created menu by the Kitchen Porch. Oysters on the half shell with Spicy Seaweed Salsa Smoky Sea -food- Weed Chowder - Seaweed Linguini with Little Necks - Seaweed Salad. Fruits of the Sea Cake and Cream Cheese Citrus Frosting. 7-8 pm - Kelp Farming in New England. A presentation by Paul Dobbins of Ocean Approved cultured seaweeds in Maine. Limited Seating.
