It was the early 90's when Ellis Paul first performed at the legendary Wintertide Coffeehouse. He became an instant member of the Wintertide family and performed to packed houses many times over. With the opening of The Base, Ellis Paul's return marks the return of coffeehouse style entertainment on the island. The Base, is a listening room, with great sound and is alcohol free. Concert benefits the Teen Center. Ellis celebrated his 20th anniversary of being a touring musician on July 2010 . Over the past two decades Paul has garnered numerous honors including 14 Boston Music Awards, second only to Aerosmith. He has performed with countless acclaimed musicians, including Patty Griffin, John Mayer, John Prine, Sugarland.
