Giacomo Puccini's comic masterpiece Gianni Schicchi starring Opera Noire of New York's Robert Mack and Kenneth Overton and ensemble cast, teamed with Maestro Willie Waters and Director/Choreographer Wendy Taucher. Gianni Schicchi, as dictated by Puccini himself, offers a musical romp both sublime and ridiculous. Classic Comedia dell'arte frames some of opera's best loved melodies with general shenanigans, class warfare, young love, bait-and-switch and a surprise ending.
