This year Yoga Nation’s Sara Ivanhoe, The Shala’s Kristin Leigh, Conquering Lion Yoga Founder Kelly Morris, and The Shala’s Barbara Verrochi are among the many great teachers coming to the 2012 festival, 8/30-9/3. They will be offering local food by Chris Fischer of Beetlebung Farm (12th generation farmer), local fish (if we can catch it), locally made raw chocolate from Not Your Sugar Mamas, and locally roasted coffee by the Chilmark Coffee Company. Beyond food and yoga, there will be beach meditations, live music, time for surfing, time for a hike, time for sleep, time for breathing, time for people to connect or disconnect…or maybe both.
