Night #1 of The Martha's Vineyard Jazz & Blues Summerfest 2012 with Andrea and James Rohlehr and The AndJam Band / Mimi Jones and Luis Perdomo. This event continues the success of the initiatives to establish a mobile outreach forum for arts/entertainment enrichment and cultural exchange featuring several outstanding young artists, women, and premier ensembles in the performing arts. Designed to benefit and unify the music interest of children, young adults and seniors, the events seek to initiate and promote intergenerational cultural exchanges based on themes of respect, humanity, environment and scholarship. Further to this, the concerts have a goal of introducing and promoting the legacy of jazz, blues and contemporary arts diversity.

Directions: Historically known for its excellent acoustics, Union Chapel has long been a favorite venue for concerts and recitals. It is located on Circuit Avenue in the center of Oak Bluffs.
