The little musical with a big heart. This hilarious and touching Tony Award winning musical is the story of six contestants discovering what it means to be a champion while competing in the Putnam County Spelling Bee. Music and lyrics by William Finn and Book by Rachel Shenkin. With an all star cast of young and youngish actors and small band, the play is directed by Taffy McCarthy, with musical direction and accompaniment by Linda Berg. Fun for the whole family.

Directions: Spring Street is the first left off of Main Street Vineyard Haven. However, if you're driving Spring goes one way onto Main, so you must go to the next street, Center, take a left, go two blocks, go left and then make the next left, looping you back around. Town Hall is the large building with double staircase on the left. Second block on Spring from Main if you're walking.
